Bobi Wine's Show Wasn't Live, It Was Recorded, Promoter Balaam.

Events Promoter Balaam Barugahara has downplayed Singer turned Politician Bobi Wine's Mother's day concert "Ensasage mu nyumba" saying that it was not live but rather was recorded.

Speaking in an interview with Spark tv, Balaam stated that the concert was pre-recorded a week earlier and played online for his fans to view.

That show was well recorded and properly produced. I would like to applaud Bobi Wine for that,” he said.

He added that there was nothing really special about thew show however, it was well produced and perfectly produced.

"There was nothing special about the show because my friend Rihanna has held the best online shows therefore he doesn't have to brag about it," he added.

Bobi Wine set record with an online concert as over 28,000 online viewers enjoyed the show dubbed ‘Ensasage Mu Nyumba’ that he staged at his home in Magere on Mother's day.

It should be noted that Bobi Wine has been off the music scene for a while. He is now sometimes referred to as a one-hit-wonder because he releases music but is blocked from playing on radio and TV because of the political affiliations.

After some of his songs were blocked from playing, he was also blocked from holding concerts in Uganda with his last being the Kyarenga Concert in Busaabala in 2018. Bobi Wine has now turned to online concerts.
