Things are totally badly off for musician Fille Mutoni as she is facing the risk of being thrown behind bars over shs 2Million she has failed to pay back to a promoter.
It should be remembered that this is not the first debt saga Fille is facing this year as recently a Tanzanian singer threatened to sue her for failing to fulfill her promise by absconding from a video shoot of their collabo song.
Mutoni has now been dragged to court over a Shs2 million debt accrued from her failure to perform at a concert in Masaka as claimed by Francis Ssembatya who filed a notice of demand at the court of Kampala, under the small claims procedures rule.
“So I came to court to pick the demand notice giving her 14 days to refund the money spent in organising the concert. I am going to deliver this letter to Fille. We have been calling her numbers but she doesn’t pick up, Once the 14 days are done, we shall come back to court and take further action according to the law” Francis claimed.
