Musician Juliana Kanyomozi has continued to remember and honor her deceased son, Keron through her organisation, The Keton Kabugo Foundation.
At only 11 Years old, Keron Raphael passed away at Aga Khan Hospital in Nairobi following a very severe asthma attack in 2014. This left Juliana and her ex husband, Amon Lukwago devastated.
The musician went ahead to form The Keron Kabugo Foundation, an organization that aims at helping the needy children especially those on the streets and homeless.
While celebrating the achievements of the organisation, Juliana took to Instagram and thanked her deceased son for the inspiration to help children so that they could enjoy their life on earth.
“Although the year has been an unpredictable one, we at The Keron Kabugo Foundation are grateful that we were able to continue in the spirit of honoring our Angel Keron Kabugo’s memory through reaching out to children as it was something he had in his heart during the time he was with us here on earth." she wrote.
"We are blessed that everything we do was inspired by him at such a tender age. This year we visited Rescue mission for street Life in Lungujja, an organization/Home that works to take children; specifically boys, off the streets and integrate them back into their communities or give shelter to those for different reasons cannot be reconciled with their families and communities." Juliana's post reads further.
Early this year, Juliana gave birth to another baby boy, Taj although she declined to reveal information about the father.
