Shock As Faded Rapper, Keko Is Nominated For 2020 AFRIMMA Awards.
Rap legend, Joselyn Tracey Keko has broken the record of being nominated for a prestigious music award without releasing any hit for close to seven years as she has been nominated for AFRIMMA award this year.
Keko was one of the most succeful rap chiefs in the 2000's and no female rapper could far to challenge her. She worked with several legends such as GNL Zamba a few but to mention.
She was famous for songs like How We Do, Full Circle, Make You Dance, Kele Dance amongst others. Shenow resides in Canada where she is only a shadow of her former glory as she is no longer a recording artiste.
Keko will be battling it out for the top spot amongst the best female rappers on the continent this year after AFRIMMA included her name in the Best Female Rap Act category.
To win, she will have to face off Rosa Ree (Tanzania), Muthoni Drummer Queen (Kenya), Rouge (South Africa), Eno Barony (Ghana), Askia (Cameroon), Candy Bleaks (Nigeria), Nadia Nakai (South Africa), Moonaya (Senegal) and Bombshell Grenade (Zambia).
